One big bit of feedback last year was to make the festival longer, and to keep the intimacy even as we grow. As it always takes a few days to settle, that's why it's 7 days!

It's also why we've decided to only offer 7 day tickets, as having people join halfway through really changes the energy.

 We are aware a lot of families are keen to join for shorter, so we are considering this if sales don't go well, but we're expecting to sell out by the end of May.

 If you can't make it work for the whole time, we can add you to our list of families to invite by the end of May!

We've taken on-board the feedback and removed food from the tickets, giving you the option to bring you own food. This year as we will run the kitchen ourselves and bringing vendors on site for some variety, food will be available all day with specific hours in the programme to eat together. You'll also find our signature Cacao bar, drinks bars, and fresh treats cafe - perfect for those bringing their own food who still want to enjoy some of our yummy creations on the side! 

The idea is to be flexible for everyone's budget and appetite, with light breakfast options and family sized dishes to share and delicious extras, or meat for those that want it for an additional cost. 

Therefore it's hard to give an exact price per day, as a large family plate could feed 2 adults and a little person or one very hungry teenager!! We would say aim for 30 per hungry adult if you're eating 3 meals a day.

As every year we will try to accommodate for everyone of all financial backgrounds, and you can always request that in the application. Part of that will be lower cost food passes.

You can bring your own tent. Camping is included in the ticket.

If you wish to book a Glamping tent we will send you the link to choose and book it. All Glamping tents come with beds with non-airbed mattress, bedding lights and power. 

The festival will be from 28th of July until the 3rd of August 2025.

It will take place in the Magic Mountains, São Pedro do Sul, Portugal. 1h20 away from Porto Airport, North Portugal.

There will be a wide range of activities for children, including interactive workshops, arts and crafts, Waldorf-inspired crafts & nature rituals, outdoor games, storytelling sessions, nature exploration, body painting (natural paint), bubble land, and much more.

We are creating a programme where the needs of our children can be fully met, whilst also meeting the needs of us parents & caregivers… There will be various activities and workshops that cater specifically to the interests and needs of parents, including men and women’s circles, breathwork, couples relating, yoga, somatic movement, voice activation, Watsu water treatment, and much more!

We have multiple ways to make it easier:
- tribe care. By being together for a whole week, deep bonds form and we found many parents keeping an eye out for eachother whilst the parent went to do a session etc.
- angels. We have a team of childcare who will be available to be one or one with your child for a session or two during the festival for free
- child activities. This year we're having a small area for parents to leave their child for at most 1 hour with other children. This isn't for all personalities but we feel engaging activities led by our lovely team will engage them. Parents will be fetched if there's an issues.
- babysitters. If you want to do an evening you can book the angels outside of their festival hours to be in your tent whilst they sleep or give you extra support. 

We do recommend coming with a friend or family member so you can really drop in 

Yes, we welcome individuals to contribute as facilitators or space holders at the festival. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets at the festival due to the presence of animals already at the venue.

Yes, parking is included in the ticket. If you’re coming with your RV there will be a specific parking area for that.

Please bring cash or use MBWAY (Portuguese payment system).

The festival activities will primarily be conducted in English. However, due to the diverse mix of nationalities and the presence of bilingual space holders, there will be opportunities for multilingual communication and support. We encourage a spirit of openness and community, and we are confident that attendees will assist with translations when needed.

To nurture connections and facilitate pre-festival interactions, we’ll be establishing a WhatsApp group and a virtual circle a month prior to the event. These platforms will provide participants with an opportunity to connect with each other in advance.

Buying a raffle ticket will help support low income families. You can win any of these:

1. Two nights at our Sintra Guest House or 1-to-1 with Jayna (worth over €950)
2. 1 year of KIND Matters library worth over €600
3. Free massage for the parents at the festival
4. A daily cacao for the parents and an Açaí for the kids at the festival

We prioritise the safety and well-being of all festival attendees. While we have first aid stations available, we rely on the collective support of our community to look out for one another too.
