Working with Doterra

My first contact with this brand of essential oils was during the summer of 2018 on a KIND retreat. It was Sunday, I woke up with uncomfortable menstrual cramps and with a full day of holding space ahead, I was feeling pretty bleak. Holly of Lavender Fingers (who some of you will have met on KIND retreats), stopped me in the kitchen and told me to apply some ClaryCalm on my womb and back, some Copaiba under my tongue and Frankincense on the roof of my mouth.
Rather than reaching for chemical and pharmaceutical products, I opted for a natural alternative. Since that day my relationship to my monthly cycle, menstrual cramps and discomfort during this time has transformed beyond my imagination.
