So many of us experience difficulty over our period: PMS, cramps, fatigue, irritability and bloating, just a few of the symptoms women regularly have to navigate.
I Honour My Flow is a monthly tool kit of self-loving practices that can support you through your period no matter your symptoms.
My promise to you is that with this course you can enjoy your period more, whilst deepening your relationship with yourself and your femininity

You will receive

I Honour My Flow is here to support you every month with its range of short to indulgent practices that will bring you deep receiving at the level of soul.
You can use your course in 2 ways:
Design Your Own Journey
Intuitively pick the practice that you need the most at that moment. You can make time to practice each day or drop-in, as and when you feel called to
All the sessions are different, guiding you towards optimal energetic and physical states through clear descriptions
Self-time: 10 minutes to 1 hour
Moon Time Self Retreat
Make the time to move out of doing and into being, go inward cutting down on social engagement, pausing work if possible, turning off your phone and/or avoid the news and social media
The suggested time frame would be to start 3 days before your period and continue 3 days into your bleed
Each day commit to 3 sessions
Journal with the journal prompts
Chose one of the yoga and movement practices
and one meditation practice
Self-time: 1-3 hours per day
I created these practices to support the difficulties I had with PMS and my period, they have helped me immensely and my only regret is I didn’t find them sooner.

About Jayna
The aspect I love most about my work is witnessing people unfold when they let go and allow their light to shine from the inside out.
Over the past 13 years I’ve held transformation practices for men & women through retreats, yoga, ceremony, one-to-one coaching and sound healings.
I am a deep believer that individual healing creates the collective consciousness necessary to elevate humanity and live in harmony with our planet.
I moved to Portugal from London, in 2019 with my partner, George, and I'm a mother to a beautiful baby girl, Rise, who is the tiny bump in these offerings!
